The fact is that in a recent month in 2009 in Vernon NJ, of the 3 bedroom homes that had closings that month, half of them were listed for 56 days or less. That means that these homes were snapped up quickly. They were listed on the MLS, seen by a buyer, contract written, financing arranged and closed, all within 56 days.
